    This allows the couple to secure:

    • special group pricing

    • guaranteed room availability

    • added perks or amenities

    It also ensures guests stay at the same property so everyone can easily participate in wedding events.

  • Staying within the group reservation provides several benefits.

    Exclusive Rates
    The group rate is often lower than public rates and may include additional perks.

    Easier Coordination
    Transportation, guest communication, and event planning are much easier when guests stay together.

    Better Experience
    Being close to the wedding party and other guests creates a more enjoyable and social experience.

  • When you book through the TravelBash booking link or registration form, your reservation is automatically connected to the wedding group contract.

    This ensures you receive the negotiated group benefits and are included in the guest list for wedding-related events.

  • While it is possible to book through third-party websites like Expedia, Travelocity, or Hotels.com, we strongly discourage it.

    Third-party reservations are not connected to the wedding group contract and may not include the same benefits.

    In addition, our team cannot assist with reservations that were not booked through the group.

  • If your reservation was booked through the group, our team can assist with resolving issues such as:

    • flight delays

    • transfer issues

    • reservation adjustments

    • resort coordination

    If a reservation was booked independently, we unfortunately cannot assist with resolving those issues.
