Arrival VIP Service: Met off your international flight by a representative holding a wooden Hacienda AltaGracia sign, you will be taken to a private terminal to clear immigration and customs, while your luggage is collected on your behalf. Once all procedures have been completed, you will be escorted to your onward transfer.
2:30 pm: Charter flight to Hacienda AltaGracia from San Jose Domestic Airport. Board the hacienda charter plane and enjoy the aerial views as you travel south over the Talamanca Mountains and along the Pacific coastline.
3:00 pm: Scenic arrival to Mercado. Upon landing, you'll be greeted by your “compa” - your property guide for whatever you need. Soak up the smells and sights of the mountains on your way to Mercado.
4:00 pm: Relax at Casa de Agua. Purification begins at Casa de Agua. Inspired by Earth’s apothecary, this glass-walled oasis is dedicated to purification and relaxation rituals. Like a greenhouse where the rarest plants bloom, this hydrotherapy center provides the ultimate cleansing and renewal for body and mind. Participate in a Costa Rican clay ritual, inspired by Pachamama's wisdom, upon the heated stone beds. The earth's elements are activated by water, heat and steam resulting in the ultimate cleansing and renewal of the subtle body.

8:00 am: Hike to Coffee Plantation ( Breakfast served there)
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Enjoy free time and lunch at your leisure
4:00 pm: The river bath. Tucked away in El Río is a natural river bath, which sets the tone for this one-of-a-kind experience that brings you closer to nature. Starting with a riverside cleansing of the aura, you will be immersed in the sounds of nature and guided to a state of healing.
6:00 pm: Tico Tasting. The Spirit of Guaro. Enjoy an ‘aperitif’ experience with a local guaro tasting. Your experience will wrap up with a specialty cocktail based on your new favorite flavor of guaro - the traditional liquor of Costa Rica.
7:30 pm: Dinner at El Cultivo’s Edible Garden
9:30pm: Release Burning Ceremony. Let go of what no longer serves you and make space for new beginnings.

8:00 am-10:00 am: Mat Pilates + Breakfast
10:00 am: Your compa will collect you from Mercado and takes you to La Pista, where your plane awaits to fly you back over the mountains. Enjoy a scenic 30-minute flight to San José International Airport.
TRIP COST:
Double Occupancy: $4,500 per person
Single Occupancy: $5,500
*Rates do not include airfare to and from Costa Rica, additional spa treatments or supplemental activities, and optional gratuities.

BOOKING POLICY
To reserve your spot, we must receive your initial deposit. Once processed, we will send you a link to complete additional registration information. We do not do a courtesy hold, and all guests must make the deposit even if they are sharing a room.
Please note: The remaining balance is due 80 days out from travel. ( Friday, July 12th, 2024) We do not accept any personal checks. Only credit and debit cards are accepted. Transaction fees may apply.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
100 days before travel, lose 50% of payment
99-61 days before travel, lose 75% of payment
60-1 days before travel lose 100% of payment.
There will be no refunds 60 days out from travel. If you want to purchase travel insurance, we can help you with that; however, TravelBash is not liable for cancellations, etc. Please note that the number of travelers can impact accommodations and planned trip itineraries. If we have to cancel, the monies will apply to the new rescheduled date or can be applied to any future curated trips.
