TRANSPORTATION INFO:
Roundtrip transportation to and from the airport is not included. TravelBash can add private roundtrip airport transportation to your reservations for an additional cost. We will need your flight information no later than February 3rd, 2025 to book your airport transportation.
DEPOSIT INFO:
$550 per room, which is due at the time of booking.
Only one deposit per room is required. The deadline to submit your deposit is November 29th, 2024.
The Final payment is due on Friday, January 3, 2025.
Your final payment will be automatically charged to your card on file on this date.
Please Note: You can make payments before the final payment date of January 3rd, 2025, but you will be charged an additional 3% credit card processing fee for each payment you submit.
Most of our wedding events will be held at the Sofitel, and booking within the group block ensures everyone has the same great experience and conveniences, including pre-arranged airport transportation and dedicated support.
We understand the rates might be higher than other options, but we’ve chosen this hotel for its beautiful setting and the quality of service. Staying at the same hotel will make it easier for everyone to connect and enjoy the celebration together.

To reserve your room, please click the "Book Now" button at the bottom of this page. This link will take you to the reservation/room inquiry form to start the process of booking your trip. Please complete one form per room reservation. If you are sharing a room with someone, please include their information in the same form and not a separate registration form.
Note: If you wish to extend your trip, please note this on the Registration form. Our travel team will confirm all information as well as availability with the hotel and send an invoice for your approval.
After the room/reservation inquiry has been filled out, someone from TravelBash will send you an invoice approval to sign along with the insurance waiver. These two forms must be completed before the booking will be made. Please make sure to check SPAM as sometimes these automated emails go to the junk folder.
There is a special box for all Special Requests ( Ex: high floor, need a room close to the elevator, want to room by certain guests, etc...) These requests will be noted and will be shared with the hotel. Please note: Special requests can't be confirmed upon booking and will be based on availability. We can put in these requests but there is no guarantee.
Comments & Questions Box: Please use this section to send us any questions you may have while filling out the form...whether it is wanting pricing for two rooms, questions about room location, or anything you can think of. This is where you will put anything you may be uncertain about. We will reach out to you and share any additional information you may need.
Please complete the registration form with names as shown on passports. If you do not have passports, leave the passport information blank and we will fill in at a later date.
Please do not forget to fill in your credit card information along with the security code. Payments are not automatically charged with filling out the form. Once your reservation has been confirmed and booked, we will send your invoice along with receipt of payment.

In order to hold your room reservation, a deposit of $550 per room is due by November 29th, 2024. Only one deposit per room is required. Insurance is not included in the initial deposit. If you would like to purchase insurance, you will need to select it on the reservation inquiry form. Payment of insurance is due at the time of booking, along with the deposit payment.
Final payment will automatically be charged to your card on file: January 3rd, 2025.
Please Note: You are able to make payments prior to the final payment date of January 3rd, but you will be charged an additional 3% credit card processing fee for each payment you submit.
Payment and Invoicing: Please complete billing information including credit card information on the online registration form. Following completion of the registration form, the TravelBash team will send confirmation of booking and an invoice.
Reservation Changes: All changes must be in writing so the best way to handle this is via email. There will be a $250 fee assessed for any revisions made to the booking after the final payment date has passed (January 3rd, 2025) so please make sure to double-check spelling and information before submitting. No changes will be made to any reservation 1 month prior to departure. Only cancellations will be accepted in writing and all cancellation fees and penalties will apply.

You may request travel insurance through TravelBash when filling out your registration form, and we will send you an Allianz quote to ensure you have the appropriate protection in place.
Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit and the price is based on the cost of your trip. The hotel deposit is nonrefundable without insurance.
If you elect to decline travel insurance, TravelBash will require a signed insurance waiver before moving forward with any reservation.

Please ensure your passport is up-to-date! U.S. citizens must present a valid U.S. passport book to enter Colombia. It is highly recommended that your passport has at least six months remaining prior to the next renewal. Please make sure to complete the Registration form with the name shown on your passport. If you do not have passports or your passports are due for renewal, leave passport information blank and TravelBash will work with you to complete them at a later date.

You will be flying into Rafael Nuñez International Airport (CTG) for your trip to Cartagena, Colombia. If you choose to book your own flights, please fill out the flight collector form by February 3rd, 2025, if you would like us to book you private roundtrip airport transfers from the airport at an additional cost.
Optional: If you would like TravelBash to book your flights, please indicate that on the Registration Form and there is an additional $150 booking fee per person. TravelBash will watch for flights to become available and then communicate the schedule and pricing to you. Please note that TravelBash does not receive discounts on airfare and the total balance will need to be paid in full at the time of booking. If you aren't sure if you would like us to book flights at the time of registration, that's totally ok. Just reach out to us when you are ready and we will send you different options.
